WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Attorney Richard St. Paul, founder of the St. Paul Law Firm, was recently named to the Lawyers of Distinction, placing him in the top 10 percentile of lawyers throughout the country. Additionally, St. Paul has been named Outreach Person of the Year by the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

I am humbled to receive this award from AIPAC,” said St. Paul. “I am committed to fighting for justice, as well as giving back to the community. As hate remains prevalent, we must be even more vigilant and forge even tighter bonds with our allies to combat it.”
Lawyers of Distinction candidates are identified either by nomination or by the Lawyers of Distinction organization which conducts independent research to ensure all potential candidates meet its standards. Qualifying candidates possess a high degree of peer recognition and professional competence.
In 2011, St. Paul was named as one of New York’s Rising Stars by New York Capitol News, as well as one of Westchester County’s Top 40 under 40 by the Westchester Business Council. Also in 2011, St. Paul was invited to the White House. St. Paul has also appeared on numerous local and national television programs as a political and legal expert.
St. Paul has served as the legal advisor to the NAACP New Rochelle chapter. Additionally, as a voting rights attorney, he has successfully litigated to protect and enhance the voting rights of African-Americans and Latinos in Westchester, NY. St. Paul is currently the Co-Chair of AIPAC-Connects.
