Kamal Flowers Police-Involved Shooting Case to Grand Jury

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Westchester County Grand Jury will be presented with the case of the officer-involved shooting resulting in the death of Kamal Flowers, 24, of New Rochelle, according to Richard St. Paul, attorney for the Flowers family.
